Gainer is a CONVICTED SEXUAL CRIMINAL. He has been CONVICTED IN THE USA OF SEXUAL CRIMES. Gainer is categorised as Level 3 SEX OFFENDER in his homeland USA. This is the highest level of sex offender. Level 3 sex offenders are required to register as a sex offender, wherever they live in the USA, for the rest of their lives. This is for the protection of the community in which they live.
 

Gainer failed to register in order to hide the sordid secrets of his background, as he moved around to try to stay ahead of the police. Gainer is on the run. He came to Ukraine to run away and escape from his criminal past in North America, and to pursue his perverted sexual interests with the naive and gullible people of Ukraine and Eastern Europe!!!

Level 3 sex offenders include pedophiles/child molesters, child pornographers, kidnappers, rapists and axe murderers.  Gainer's charges and convictions were under California Criminal Code sections 261.2 'Rape by force or fear' and 261.3 'Rape by force or victim intoxication'.  Unfortunately, the records don't indicate whether his victims were female or male, adult or child, or maybe both?  So don't drink with him, he might get you drunk and take advantage of you.  Of course it is obvious to anyone who observes Gainer's behaviour for just a few minutes that he is a seriously perverted deviate.

Gainer is wanted in the United States for failing to register as a sex offender.  Is failing to register serious?  A California court recently sentenced a man to 25 years imprisonment for failing to register.  That sounds pretty serious.

Instead of registering as a sex offender, he fled the United States and came to Ukraine, where he scams foreign men who are looking for romance.  Instead, he introduces them to prostitutes.
