Ukraine Wife Now and City of Brides- SCAM marriage agencies in Kiev
run by a
CONVICTED RAPIST - SEE
DETAILS. He claims to be a CIA agent. Maybe he is - and that's
why he hasn't been deported? Gainer threatened to kill our webmaster
because we have exposed him. If he's a 'secret agent' he's blown the
'secret' part by bragging.

| Ukraine Wife Now is a scam, run by American
conman David Vincent Gainer (his real name). He also uses the surnames Gaynor, Garnier,
and Gable. Sometimes he calls himself Joe Salomone.
Why is he in Ukraine?

FEMEN, the Ukrainian feminist group, held a protest on
Sunday 14th December 2008.
See some pics here.
REN TV recently interviewed our Webmaster, Russell
Cunning, who worked on Gainer's crooked agency's website in 2007, until he
realised it was just a scam. Gainer has been sending a stream of obscene and
threatening SMS's and emails to Russell, thinking he is the owner of this site.
In fact, Russell is our webmaster, and simply updates and promotes our site. We
are a group of former clients who were scammed by Gainer, and we pay Russell to
maintain these sites.

He must have an aversion to registering. He did not
register as a SEX OFFENDER, and he is not registered as a businessman in Ukraine. He does not pay taxes. He uses the business registration of
a Ukrainian woman, making him an employee. However, he entered Ukraine on a
business visa. This does not entitle him to be an employee without a Work
Permit, which he does not have.
Dave Gaynor's
victims came together to fund this website. Anybody
wishing to make a small contribution is most welcome to
contact us.
Here are some of the scams David Gaynor (or Joe in recent
Ukraine Wife Now advertisements in Kyiv Post) uses:
- "Dummy Database Scam" ...he buys old databases from
Jamie Schumann (Angelica Network).
He sells David Gainer old databases of women who can't be contacted, or are
already married. The girls you pick will be 'on
holidays' or a 'business trip' - but Gainer will offer you dates with some other
girls. See "Bait and Switch Scam" below.
- "Duped Lady Scam"...he or one of his employees
accost attractive girls on the street and take their photos. He sometimes offers
'professional photo shoots for free'. These girls are completely unaware of the
use of these photographs, and are not involved in the scam.
- "Bait and Switch Scam" ...he sends you on dates with
prostitutes instead of the girls you chose (his standard trick).
- "Letter Fee Scam"...when he or an employee writes to you
pretending to be a girl (see some examples of
emails David Vincent Gainer has written to Ukraine Wife Now clients) - and
you pay for each email received and sent.
- "Snatch and Hide Scam"... he takes your money and
then hides from you when you try to find him.
- "Buy and Complain Scam"...This is reserved for
providers of goods and services, or those who loan money to Gainer. After
squeezing and extracting the maximum utility from the goods and services, and/or
the people who provide them, Gainer picks a fight and refuses to pay. Employees are
particularly vulnerable. He pays late, then not at all. Once the employee
complains, he picks a fight and sacks them without pay. Creditors beware!
Please, don't be angry with his staff. They are victims
too,

There are some decent
marriage agencies around. Here are some helpful hints:
- There are three types of 'agencies'.
- The first is an internet site, neither good
nor bad. People contact each other through the site. You will find scammers here, and also
genuine girls. The
agency doesn't get involved in introducing you.
- The second are the personalised agencies who offer a
genuine service, and cull out the bad clients - both male and female.
- The third are like Ukraine Wife Now. Small time
scammers who take your money and give no service.
- Real people come in all different shapes and sizes (and ages). On average Ukrainian
women are very beautiful, but they are not all models. Be suspicious if
all the clients at an agency look like models.
- Visit a lot of agencies. If you see the same
photographs at several agencies it's probably a bought database. The lady in question has
either been married, or
cannot be contacted. (Many women register at several agencies - but good
agencies usually take their own photographs,. While the woman may be the same,
the photographs should not.)
- Ask to see references from happy clients. A
happy client is usually also happy to be contacted.
- If you are emailing, ask specific questions. If she
doesn't answer specific questions, but just writes general information, be
suspicious.
- Get a friend to write to the same girl, and
compare the letters. If they are the same, then the girl or agency is a
scammer.
- Check her interests in music and books. If she likes
every genre she is sure to like the same as you, but she's just aiming to match
everybody.
- Be realistic. Unless you're
Woody Allen, don't expect a girl thirty or forty years younger to fall in love
with you. Any agency who tells you this is normal is lying.
- Beware agencies that tell you you'll find your
partner in 14 days. If you believe that, please contact me. I have
some magic beans for sale.
- Remember, even the best agencies can have scammers on
their books. A decent agency will investigate any allegation of a scam, and will
remove the girl from their database very quickly.
- Be a decent man. Ukrainian girls are not all prostitutes
or 'easy lays'. If you've tried to pressure your date into bed on the first date and
she's a nice girl, expect a decent agency to drop you, not the girl.
