I met David a few years ago on one of my trips to Kyiv. At first everything seemed to be fine, he introduced me to a few women, (none of whom were actually in his database)who mostly seemed nice enough. However, I also met the infamous Tanya, who constantly wanted feeding and watering at expensive restaurants, and kept asking for money on top. Needless to say, I stopped seeing her. On my last trip, he had invited me to stay at his flat. I naively accepted and while there, he told me that his wife wanted to have sex with me. He said that it excited him to watch another man with her, and would I oblige. His wife, who is a very sweet lady presented herself and in the middle of proceedings, he took pictures (without our knowledge). He then asked for a loan of 1500 Euro, which I said I would consider. Note, that this was the first time any money had been mentioned. As soon as I got back home, he started sending obscene e-mails (using his many aliases) and is now threatening to send the pictures to my business and personal contacts. I will not pay, and am in return, threatening to expose his criminal past to the authorities. This will, I am sure have an impact on his continued stay in Ukraine, especially when combined with the blackmail that he is currently perpertrating on me. Does any one have proof of his stay in prison? If so, please put it up on this site.

Its very good that this website is available as it gives those who have been ripped off by this thief can tell the truth.
The truth is that I paid Joe,David,or whatever name he goes by to introduce me to women.His office was located upstairs in the old movie theater on Kritchatick Str in Kyiv.Having not produced any dates for me I soon discovered that he was using the bride.ru website and giving out those contacts.Bride.ru is available for evertone so you don't need David to get you a date.His number currently is 80985506695.After numerous attempts to get my money back he gave me alot of double talk including "you got to order the package"if you see this man keep your wallet tightly secure and  tell him you're Jewish because he's anti semtic as well.

There is no surprise for me that David Gainer is a rapist.  He tried to get me to ask the two girls who worked for him to do a lesbian act for me.  He offered me a supply of Viagra (which I don't need) and a range of sex toys.  He is obsessed with sex, particularly lesbian sex.  He showed me his company website, http://www.made-in-china.com/traderoom/ukrainetravel where he advertises for sex enhancement drugs and sex toys.

I think I was lucky.  The girl I met was a model, and had never heard of Ukraine Wife Now agency.  We had an interesting evening, but she wasn't looking for a husband.  I only paid for the one date, and never went back.  He called me a few times, but I wasn't interested in his lies.

Ukraine Wife Now is a dishonest agency.  This rug wearing guy is a slick con artist preying on trusting, gullible, older Western men. My biggest mistake was to trust him first and foremost because he is an American. Bad mistake. Second mistake, a friend introduced me to him. I learned later our mutual friend (a Western guy) may have earned a commission from my money. Many victims like me are introduced to him by so called friends, who may get a small commission for their share in the fraud. My friend was probably also “Mike”.  In Ukraine, do not trust anybody!

He is liar, a fraud and only the lonely and desperate will be taken in by him. Do not be another victim. This guy makes [competitor company] look very good. Do not use Ukraine Wife Now. I used both companies. [competitor name] is a sometimes honest guy, who lies about the ethics of his women. He would go broke otherwise. David Gaynor is a full time lying thief.. His flattery turns to vicious threats of violence and insults when a man politely asks for a refund. As all his clients do - none are satisfied. He gets no repeat business at all.

David Gaynor’s  modus operandi is to get you to pay for multiple services in advance at a “discount”. Afterwards, you will be lucky to get 10% of what you have paid for.  He says the staff have conned and  robbed him then disappeared. The criminal blames his victims.

I planned a business trip to Ukraine for a month. I found the Ukraine Wife Now agency when I  searched the net. The girls were so beautiful, I made a note. When I arrived in Kiev, I contacted the agency. The boss was a real Southern gentleman named Dave. I told him I was not interested in finding a wife as I already had a wife and children in Quebec. I asked him if he could find some hookers for me. Within an hour that very evening, one was knocking on my door. After that, every time I needed one, I just phoned Dave and he arranged for them to come to my hotel room. The service was great.

I thought Joe was charming and amusing.  He promised me great hookers, and that's what he delivered.  Quit your whining about his service.  All dames are hookers anyway, and he's just servicing the need.

I found a girl from a town out of Ukraine.  Dave told me to pay 300 gryvnas for her train ticket.  He wanted me to pay him, but I said I'd give her the money. She came on Friday night for a weekend with me.

I met her at the railway station.  She looked great, and I was quite happy.  She seemed happy to see me.  My first surprise was when the 'non-smoker' (on the website) lit up.  She smoked ten cigarettes in three hours.  She had chosen a restaurant, but we went to one I knew.  She said she had to visit her aunt on Saturday and a friend on Sunday.  I wasn't happy to pay for her train ticket to visit family and friends.

She drank 5 brandies and 2 beers, then  on the way home got me to buy a bottle of wine.  I don't drink, and she was a 'non-drinker' on the website.  When we got to my apartment, she drank the wine.  She had a shower and asked me to put on a movie.  She told me to have a shower and come to bed with her.  I had a shower, and by the time I got to the bedroom she was asleep. As I undressed I saw her watching me from a mirror on my shelf.  When I turned around, she was asleep again.

At about 4am she crept out of bed, but I heard her.  She was gone for a long time, so I went to check on her.  When I opened the bathroom door, she was cleaning her teeth.  I thought she'd been sick.  I went back to bed, but half an hour later, she still wasn't back.  I went to the bathroom again, and she was fully dressed.  She then told me she had come to steal from me, but I was too nice and her boyfriend was downstairs in a car waiting for her.  I checked my wallet, and all my money was still there, but all the credit cards were in the wrong places, and my foreign money was all mixed with the Ukrainian money.  She'd emptied my wallet, but put it back when she realised she couldn't get out of the apartment without the key I'd hidden. 

I told Gainer about this, but he refused to take her out of the database, saying she deserved the chance to meet the man of her dreams.  Judge for yourself if you want to trust his girls - or him.

I write three times to Tania and she write back also three times.  She look like to be interested in me, and getting to know me.  I write back fourth time, and Tania write back asking me to send her $500 for her mother who lives near Odessa, and need money for operation on her leg.  I write back again and ask we meet in Milano and then talk. She write back and say she very busy with work, and if I not send  money for her motherthat I miser man and I not love her.  I really do loved Tania, so I send her $500 (Western Union to Ukraine wife agency, who say  'I promise send it to Tania's mother'). So now $658 I send. I send another $30 and write  to Tania again, and I get back letter to "Dear Alan" with "love Tania".  But it is same exact letter Tania's first send to me, when she tell me about herself and her life!  So now I learned that something not right.  Now I don't sure if Tania even exist. I feel stupid man and I never write again.  I much advise all other men not write too with photo girls.  Only you see real girl first.  Sorry my English not very good. :)

I met with Gainer in his office, which is a cheap desk in the toilet foyer of an internet club.  He flattered me to the point it was embarrassing.  He opened his website and showed me the profiles of many beautiful girls.  I chose 5 girls which I would pay $350 to be introducd to.  While I was looking at these he produced photoes of naked girls from his desk drawer and showed me with a grin, as men do.  I noticed that in his desk drawer there were lots and lots of blue tablets, which Gainer told me were viagra for his clients. The whole time we were talking, Gaining was watching intently all the women,and children who were coming going from the adjacent toilets.  Then, while I was still deciding which 5 girls to meet for coffee, Gainer produced some photoes of two lesbians making out, and photos of threesomes with one man and two girls having sex.  He told me a lot of his clients prefer threesomes, and that he had many male clients who would pay to watch or join in if I was having sex with a girl.  He was visibly excited by the prospect, and promised he would split the money with me 50-50.  The idiot didn't understand that I'd come to him to find a serious relationship and wife.  I decided I could not deal with a man like this, and I left imediately.

I worked on Gainer's website for two months.  The more I saw of his business, the more I realised that he was a crook.  I answered many phone calls from clients asking for refunds.  I had to explain that I didn't work with the agency, but was doing computer work.  Of course, I was never paid, and he accused me of wrecking his website.   On one occasion, I heard him talking to a girl who'd been on a date.  He'd just shown out a client, who wasn't very happy.  Gainer started shouting down the phone to the girl, angry because she had asked the man for money.  I thought he was doing the right thing, until he said, "How many times do I have to tell you?  Don't ask for money until you've given them a massage or sucked their c*ck!"

My advice is that anybody who comes into contact with this man should run a mile.  Don't give him money, and don't do any work unless you get paid in advance.  I have since been interviewed on UK Television and by several journalists from UK and USA who are investigating the marriage agency scene in Ukraine.

When I work for Ukraine Wife Now men come to our office and look in database.  They pick ten girls, but in our database no telephone number for many girls.  When I type in girls to database I use CD's David buys from American man.  Only two girls come to office when I work for him.  Pictures sometimes don't have telephone or email, but David says it's ok.  When men come, David makes me pretend to talk to girl in Russian, and say she is on holiday in Krim or on business trip.  Then we call the girls who work for David and he makes date with them.  Many man angry and I don't like when they come and yell at me.  David did not pay me for seven weeks and tell me I make many mistakes on his computer and it needs man to repair it and I must pay him $500.  He is shuller and obmanshchik.  He think I not know he drink vodka from orange juice packet.

I worked for several months at Ukraine Wife Now agency.  I was supposed to work as an interpreter, but he usually sent me down to Kreshchatyk Street to hand out his pamphlets to men or girls.  The pamphlets for men promised a sexy holiday and free viagra.  The pamphlets for women promised a good foreign man to look after them for the rest of their life.  I hated this work, but I needed a job. 

Dave promised me $4.00 an hour, and he paid me the right amount for the first month.  Then when it was time to get my pay for the second month, he told me he overpaid me the first month, because he pays all the girls $2.00 an hour.  I'm a qualified translator and interpreter, and even $4.00 an hour is insulting.  I would not work for anybody for $2.00 an hour.  Then he called me a liar and bad names.  He borrowed 100 Gryvna for my pay from Russell who worked on the computers, but when he took me outside he put the money into his pocket and swore at me and told me if I came back he'd say I stole from him.  He still owed me $260 for the month he didn't pay me and half of the next month.  What kind of American steals from Ukrainian girls?

When I saw the ad in the paper, I telephoned the next day and spoke to an American man who said he was Joe, the owner. We arranged for me to come in and look through Joe's photos of newly-registered girls. I picked out one that I liked and paid $80 to arrange a meeting. This was to include an interpretor. Joe arranged a meeting at a "nice" Kiev restaurant. The girl arrived, alone. She was an attractive dark-eyed, dark-haired girl like I had picked in Dave's office, but she looked like a completley different girl. She was wearing cheap-smelling perfume and expensiv-looking jewellery. She sat down with me and ordered an expensive cocktail. She spoke good English. After talking for 10 minutes she suggested we go back to my place. I was getting an uneasy feeling, and I realised that I had been scammed. It was clear that she was a prostitute. When I queried her she told she would stay with me.  She wanted $150 for 1 hour.  I left in disgust.  When I phoned  the American guy Joe the next day, he said that I had had my meeting, and refused any refund.  I think his other alias is Mr Hyde.   When I went to see him, I saw him go a back room, and a girl working there told me he had gone out.  I waited for two hours, and he eventually came out.  He said he'd been out through the back door.  When I pressed him for money, he started shouting and took his camera and started taking my photo.  Anybody know a good hit-man?  I'll contribute.

I met David Gainer through Mike, an associate from Australia. When Mike brought Gainer to visit me, the first thing Gainer did was ask about my sex life with my girlfriend. He asked if I was interested in letting others pay to watch while my girlfriend and I made love. He's quite a talker.  He told me how good looking I was, how intelligent I was.  He told me to describe myself as a scientist, even though I'm only a health inspector.  He talked me into paying $600 to meet ten girls of my choice. The first two that I met were completely different girls from the ones I had picked. The second one even looked like she was on drugs. I went back to see Dave but he kept evading me and telling me that the girls I had picked were out of town. He refused to give me a refund, and would not help me any further. I was only in Kiev for three weeks, so I finished up having to leave without meeting any more girls. I would NOT recommend dealing with this agency - the guys a bum.
